This website is operated by Anubhab Sahoo ("we", "us", "our", or "I"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Website
This is a personal website operated by a content creator/streamer. It allows viewers to voluntarily send financial tips/support to the streamer through Razorpay.
2. Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods. This website does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
3. Tips Are Voluntary
Tips are voluntary support payments. Before paying, you are responsible for checking the amount, name, and message entered.
4. Viewer Messages
Messages must not be illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, malicious, fraudulent, or infringe another person's rights. We may hide or remove inappropriate messages. Removing a message does not automatically entitle the sender to a refund.
5. Anonymous Tips
Where available, you may choose to display your tip anonymously. Anonymous display does not necessarily mean the underlying transaction is anonymous to the payment provider or website operator.
6. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered received only after it has been successfully processed and verified. Payment status may initially remain pending while confirmation is completed.
7. OBS Alerts
Paid tips may appear on the streamer's livestream through an OBS Browser Source. We do not guarantee that every alert will appear immediately because alerts depend on payment confirmation, internet connectivity, OBS, and third-party services.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use this website for fraud, stolen payment methods, unauthorized access, attacks, malicious content, payment abuse, or unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original design, branding, graphics, code, and text are owned by or licensed to the website operator.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services including Razorpay, Supabase, Vercel, and other infrastructure providers. Their own terms may also apply.
11. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Maintenance, outages, network problems, security incidents, or third-party failures may temporarily affect the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or payment services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
