Welcome to Streamer Tips. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected by Anubhab Sahoo ("we", "us", "our", or "I").
1. Information We Collect
When you send a tip through this platform, we collect only the necessary information required to process the payment and broadcast your support on stream:
- Viewer Name / Handle: Provided by you during checkout, or marked "Anonymous".
- Message: The optional text message you attach to the tip.
- Tip Amount & Currency: For transaction records, analytics, and overlay alerts.
- Order & Transaction Identifiers: Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID.
- Email Address (Optional): Used solely for payment receipt generation via Razorpay.
2. Anonymous Tipping
If you select "Tip Anonymously", your submitted name is immediately replaced with "Anonymous" before storage and display. Neither the live OBS overlay nor public supporter leaderboards will expose your real name or personal identity.
3. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payment data (such as UPI VPAs, credit/debit card numbers, and banking credentials) is collected and processed directly by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not receive, store, or process raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank account PINs on our servers.
4. Cookies and Local Sessions
We use minimal session cookies strictly for authenticated streamer dashboard access. Viewers and supporters do not need cookies to tip.
