1. Voluntary Tip Policy

All tips, donations, and gratuities sent through Streamer Tips to Anubhab Sahoo are final, voluntary, and non-refundable. Once a payment is authorized and completed via Razorpay, the broadcast alert is immediately delivered to the live stream.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in specific extenuating cases such as:

Proven unauthorized fraudulent access to the payment instrument.
System-level duplicate charges for a single intended payment transaction.

3. Review Process

To request a review for duplicate or unauthorized transactions, please contact support within 48 hours of the transaction:
